Y.C. Ethan Yang (IMAGE) Lehigh University Caption Y.C. "Ethan" Yang, an assistant professor of civil and environmental engineering in Lehigh University's P.C. Rossin College of Applied Science and Engineering, has received an NSF CAREER award for his research addressing urban flooding. Yang will create a novel "human-cyberinfrastructure framework" that will combine an Internet of Things-based green infrastructure network combined with agent-based modeling that will advance the understanding of decentralized sustainable stormwater management.
