The National Institutes of Health selected a Purdue research team to lead a national nanomedicine development center. The team will study the potential use of the nanomotor in diagnosis and treatment of diseases such as cancer and AIDS. The team is led by Peixuan Guo, a professor of molecular virology who created the nanomotor.
