The Partnership Attitude Tracking Study (PATS), sponsored by MetLife Foundation, found that teen prescription drug misuse and abuse is up by 33 percent since 2008, and stimulants are contributing to this sustained epidemic. The new PATS data confirm that misuse and abuse of prescription drugs is now a normalized behavior among teens.
