Dr. Graham Emslie, professor of psychiatry and pediatrics, was a principal investigator in a multicenter study that found that nearly 55 percent of teenagers who failed to respond to a specific class of antidepressant medications improved when they switched to a different antidepressant and participated in cognitive behavioral therapy.
