The Manell-Geus watershed of US territory Guam is one 12 new sites to receive funding from the Doris Duke Foundation's Climate Adaptation Fund. Here, erosion control and soil stabilization techniques will be applied in a ridge-to-reef approach to improve habitat for endangered species expected to be affected by climate change and to reduce flooding for coastal communities.
