A schematic of a custom liposome for triple-negative breast cancer, loaded with the chemotherapy drug doxorubicin and bearing antibodies to two carefully selected receptors: ICAM1 and EGFR. The engineered liposomes also contain two fatty lipid molecules, DOPC and DSPE-PEG-COOH.
