Through CRISPR-HOT, an important component of the cellular division process (the mitotic spindle) was visualized in green. First, a movie of cell division in a healthy liver organoid, then a movie of cell division in a liver organoid in which the cancer gene TP53 was disabled. The latter resulted in frequent abnormal divisions.
