Confocal microscopic image of cortical neurons after two-step labeling. The neurons were fixed, permeabilized, and immunostained with an anti-MAP2 antibody for visualizing the dendrite. Green and red signals indicate labeled fluorescence and anti-MAP2 signals, respectively.
