The gray circles represent individual mice and small circles represent individual HSCs in each mouse. Darker colors indicate higher SATB1 expression. While the abilities of lymphocyte production and hematopoietic reconstruction increase as SATB1 expression increases, the HSC-related marker, CD150, decreases.
