These images show mouse brains in which strokes have been induced, and tPA delivered. The left image is a mouse that received tPA, the right image shows a mouse that received tPA and imatinib (Gleevec). The chart shows the levels of hemoglobin in the brains of control and imatinib-treated mice 24 hours after the induced stroke.
