多元素共同偏析導致無序納米層的出現

圖A顯示3D-APT可以檢測出每種元素的分佈。無序納米層（disordered interfacial nanolayer, DINL）中聚集了鐵（Fe）、鈷（Co）和硼（B）（可見顏色較深），而鎳（Ni）、鋁（Al）和鈦（Ti）的分佈則相應較少（可見顏色較淺） 。圖B和圖C也顯示相同的結果。
