This image show a lymph node collected from aged mice 10 days after full immunization with the SARS-CoV-2 RBD protein with the adjuvants Alum and CpG. The lymph node shows the formation of a robust germinal center, a specialized structure containing multiple cells involved in the immune response, here including two types of B cells, T cells, and dendritic cells.
