MP PCR-design and -analysis can be done with different software tools already available. In addition, specialized software for multiplex MRD-PCR-design (Assay Manager GNWI mbH, Germany) and standardized analysis (ValidScale Hahn-Schickard e.V., Germany) have been under clinical validation.
