This image shows mode of action of the anti-tuberculosis drug bedaquiline against the rotor ring of the mycobacterial ATP synthase. This material relates to a paper that appeared in the May 8, 2015, issue of Science, published by AAAS. The paper, by L. Preiss at Max Planck Institute of Biophysics in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, and colleagues was titled, "Structure of the mycobacterial ATP synthase Fo rotor ring in complex with the anti-TB drug bedaquiline."
