3 nm CdTe quantum dots, 500 nm polystyrene spheres, and 5 μm S. cerevisiae yeast cells, 0.7 μm M. Luteus and 1 μm x 2 μm E. Coli bacterial cells, and 15 μm human mammary gland cells all collect when the laser is on and dissolve when it is off.
