Magnetization density localized on B-N-C-O nano-patches are embedded in graphene matrix. This material relates to a paper that appeared in the July 31, 2015, issue of Science, published by AAAS. The paper, by B. Ozturk at Northeastern University in Boston, MA, and colleagues was titled, "Atomically thin layers of B-N-C-O with tunable composition."
