Despite many years of research, Alzheimer's disease is still incurable. A group of researchers which included PhD student Dusan Mrdenovic from the IPC PAS set themselves the goal of deciphering the mechanisms leading to its development. The leader of the team -- Dr. Piotr Pieta, poses here inside an abandoned psychiatric hospital.
