A new technique enables 3-D visualization of chromatin. This material relates to a paper that appeared in the July 28, issue of Science, published by AAAS. The paper, by H.D. Ou at Salk Institute for Biological Studies in La Jolla, Calif., and colleagues was titled, "ChromEMT: Visualizing 3-D chromatin structure and compaction of the human genome in interphase and mitotic cells."
