Within the framework of the CD laboratory TONI, researchers at TU Graz are specifically looking for ways to embed passive electronic components in three dimensions while guaranteeing safe multifunctionality. In the picture: a calibration board in the Wafer-Prober, a device for electrical testing of individual chips on wafer or board basis.
