Thermodynamic Magic: A simple technique allows to cool hot materials below ambient temperature without external intervention, seemingly defying the laws of physics. This material relates to a paper that appeared in the April 19th, 2019, issue of Science Advances, published by AAAS. The paper, by A. Schilling at University of Zürich in Zürich, Switzerland, and colleagues was titled, "Heat flowing from cold to hot without external intervention by using a 'thermal inductor."
