This material relates to a paper that appeared in the August 16, issue of Science Advances, published by AAAS. The paper, by K. Katija at Monterey Bay Aquarium Research Institute in Moss Landing, Calif., and colleagues was titled, "From the surface to the seafloor: How giant larvaceans transport microplastics into the deep sea."
