He is also watching a plastic rod moving toward a location just below the camera while his real chest is simultaneously touched in the corresponding spot. This image relates to an article that appeared in the Aug. 24, 2007, issue of the journal Science, published by AAAS. The study, by Dr. Henrik Ehrsson of University College London in London, UK and Karolinska Institutet in Stockholm, Sweden, was titled "The Experimental Induction of Out-of-Body Experiences."
