This video demonstrates the phenotypic improvement in mutant MPS7 mice after our treatment course with in utero enzyme replacement followed by post-natal booster enzyme replacement. This material relates to a paper that appeared in the Feb. 26, 2020, issue of Science Translational Medicine, published by AAAS. The paper, by Q.-H. Nguyen at University of California, San Francisco in San Francisco, CA; and colleagues was titled, "Tolerance induction and microglial engraftment after fetal therapy without conditioning in mice with Mucopolysaccharidosis type VII."
