Without changes in global fishing policies, the seafood of the future is rubbery. The jellyfish burger is so close to becoming a reality, we can taste it, according to digital artist Dave Beck and marine scientist Jennifer Jacquet who collaboratively created this 3-D digital composited image. This image relates to an article that appeared in the Feb. 19, 2010, issue of Science, published by AAAS. The article was titled, "2009 International Science and Engineering Visualization Challenge."
