New research into footprints found at White Sands National Monument in New Mexico could shed light on how our ancestors lived. This material relates to a paper that appeared in the 25 April 2018, issue of Science Advances, published by AAAS. The paper, by D. Bustos at White Sands National Monument in Holloman Air Force Base, NM, and colleagues was titled, "Footprints preserve terminal Pleistocene hunt? Human-sloth interactions in North America."
