(a) This is a schematic for lens-free pixel super-resolution holographic microscopy. The inset shows a scanning electron microscope (SEM) image of a 1 µm bead with the residue from the nano-lens that has been desiccated during the SEM sample preparation procedure. (b) This is a sample preparation technique that self-assembles nano-lenses around individual nano-particles.
