This is a movie showing ROSI procedure performed by Yasuhiro Yamauchi [Note: This movie shows ROSI performed with spermatids from normal XY male, but not with the cells from a male with two Y genes. This movie was recorded to demonstrate the procedure.] This video relates to a paper that appeared in the 21 Nov., 2013, issue of Science Express, published by AAAS. The paper, by Yasuhiro Yamauchi at University of Hawaii in Honolulu, Hawaii, and colleagues was titled, "Two Y Genes Can Replace the Entire Y Chromosome for Assisted Reproduction in the Mouse."
