Future Electronics Come with a Twist (1 of 1) (IMAGE)
Caption
By varying the angle between the crystals of a 2D heterostructure we demonstrated the ability to fine-tune its electronic, mechanical and optical properties. This material relates to a paper that appeared in the Aug. 17, 2018, issue of Science, published by AAAS. The paper, by Rebeca Ribeiro-Palau at Columbia University in New York, NY, and colleagues was titled, "Twistable electronics with dynamically rotatable heterostructures."
