A) Splenocytes were isolated from mouse spleens, and T and B cells were separated using magnetic activated cell sorting (MACS). The cells were subsequently plated in 384 wells and over 10,000 different fluorescent molecules were screened using DOFLA. B) Fluorescence microscope image shows that CDgB stains B cells but not T cells. C) Flow cytometry graph of CDgB fluorescence vs SSC between T cell and B cell populations.
