B2 Cells in the Spleen

The spleen is one of the immunological organs where follicular B cells (blue) and germinal center B cells (green) develop high-affinity antibody responses. In contrast, B1 cells are innate-like B cells and predominantly located in the peritoneal and pleural cavities.
