Combining non-invasive structural brain imaging data (anatomy and connectivity data from Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) and Diffusion Tensor weighted Imaging (DTI)) with computational models of neuronal populations, patient-specific brain models can be created and used as personalized in-silico platforms for clinical hypothesis testing.
