This video shows algorithmic detection of mitotic spindles from SHG images. This video relates to an article that appeared in the Aug. 20, 2010, issue of Science, published by AAAS. The study, by Dr. Nicolas Olivier of the Ecole Polytechnique in Paris, France, and colleagues was titled, "Cell Lineage Reconstruction of Early Zebrafish Embryos Using Label-Free Nonlinear Microscopy."
