New Spider Species <I>Cerbalus aravensis</I> (1 of 3)

The new species is the largest of its type in the Middle East, but its habitat is endangered. "It could be that there are other unknown species that will become extinct before we can discover them," says Dr. Uri Shanas of the University of Haifa, who is heading the research in the area.
