Visualization of RNA Targets across the Retinal Layer Architecture (IMAGE)
Caption
In this image, the use of SABER-FISH enabled the visualization of the retina's organization into distinct layers with the light-sensing photoreceptor layer positioned at the top of the image. Each layer contains a diversity of specialized neuronal cells that can be identified by the presence of unique RNA molecules detected by the method.
