The US Department of Agriculture's (USDA) Rural Development investment in the Three Rivers Energy biorefinery in Coshocton, Ohio, brought it back online after eight years of sitting idle. The biorefinery now produces corn-based ethanol and employs 30 people in the mid-Ohio region.
