Tissue motions were detected on each frame of the B-mode images and motions in CEUS sequence were corrected accordingly. MBs were localized by peak detection after thresholding on both original CEUS image and normalized cross-correlation coefficient map. MB locations were tracked with Kalman motion model. MB trajectories were used for ULM image reconstruction and quantification.
