Identifying biomarker proteins for ICANS in cerebrospinal fluid (IMAGE)
Caption
Among the proteins in the cerebrospinal fluid, the researchers identified biomarkers that can accurately predict the development of ICANS. Specifically, two characteristic proteins, C1RL and FUCA2, were combined for highly accurate identification. The prediction equation using the ratio of these proteins showed a very high accuracy of 0.95 in a statistical test called the ROC curve analysis.
