Megan Price, an occupational therapist at Fralin Biomedical Research Institute’s Neuromotor Research Clinic, works with children with rare CASK gene mutations. A recent study found that patients with the condition benefit from ACQUIRE, an intensive therapy developed at the clinic. The study group may be the largest clinical cohort of children with CASK mutations in the world.
