Assistant Professor Kristian Juul-Madsen, Professor Thomas Vorup-Jensen and Associate Professor Tue Wenzel Kragstrup have developed the method, which has been tested on rheumatoid arthritis patients, but can potentially be used to monitor disease progression in many patient groups.
