Record-Breaking Efficiency of Inkjet-Printed QLEDs Enabled by PTA Processing. This graph highlights the significant performance improvements in inkjet-printed red QLEDs achieved through pressure-assisted thermal annealing (PTA). The PTA-treated devices exhibit a record external quantum efficiency (EQE) of 23.08%, surpassing those processed with normal thermal annealing (NTA), attributed to diminished surface defects and improved quantum dot orientation.
