Lead halide perovskites (LHPs) have attracted attention as semiconductor materials for high-efficiency photovoltaics under both outdoor and indoor illuminations. This can be contributed to the perovskites’ excellent optoelectronic properties and defect tolerance. Also, it is important to establish an optimal photovoltaic structure to achieve high-performing devices which includes development of all the various layers in the device structure, which includes the hole-transport layer.
