An image from the study, showing the areas of the brain affected by Alzheimer’s disease (yellow) found when using real data and when using synthetic data generated by several methods. As you can see, the “ours” images are much more similar to the “real” ones, meaning that synthetic data from our model shows the same as real data as a tool to study disease.
