Advanced research progress via catalytic methods to eliminate single-component or multi-component air pollutants (multi-component VOCs, or VOCs and NOx), VOC resource utilization, and the effects of impurity gases (H2O, CO2, and SO2) on activity have been well outlined, focusing on the structure-activity relationship between catalyst design and performance. This review presents a clear, logical insight into the research status, hot areas, and future research directions in this field.
