Mass production process for stretchable devices using R2R process and dispensing

Stretchable substrates were fabricated using R2R equipment (A, B), and liquid metal wiring was fabricated using the dispensing process. During substrate fabrication, the material coated at the blade portion was cured in a heater. When necessary, the wettability of the substrate surface was improved by irradiating the surface with corona discharge. Liquid metal wiring was patterned by mechanically extruding liquid metal filled in a syringe.
