Adam Houston is a principal investigator with Targeted Observation by Radars and UAS of Supercells (TORUS), a long-term research project that flies fixed-wing drones into storm clouds to gather data. An Earth and atmospheric sciences professor at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Housong was among scientists and weather experts nationwide consulted for the upcoming blockbuster "Twisters."
