The lattice distortion (δ) and mixed enthalpy (∆HmixΩA-B ) of (TiZrVxNb)C0.8 carbides with the change of V content. The semi-coherent interface between the decomposed structures. The nanometer lamellar structures in the (TiZrV0.15Nb)C0.8 sample are identified with the same orientation with higher strain. The lattice distortion (δ) and mixed enthalpy (∆HmixΩA-B ) of (TiZrVxNb)C0.8 carbides increase with the addition of V content leading to the transition from single phase to multiple phases. The semi-coherent interface between the decomposed structures of the Zr-poor phase and Zr-rich phase with high dislocation density.
