For advancing photoemission orbital tomography (POT), researchers proposed a simple, low-cost, and robust “PhaseLift POT” method, which enables a 3D reconstruction of 3D molecular orbitals from a single experimental run as well as enhances accuracy and noise resilience of conventional POT.
