IMAGE (IMAGE) Nara Institute of Science and Technology Caption The novel method proposed by researchers for dispersing carbon nanotubes (CNTs) uses glycerol as a dispersant and polyoxyethylene(50) stearyl ether as a surfactant. This method aligned the carbon nanotubes and embedded surfactants between CNT bundles, enhancing electrical conductivity while suppressing thermal conductivity, resulting in significant improvements in the thermoelectric performance of CNTs compared to conventional methods.
