Scanning tunneling microscopy images show a chiral interface state wavefunction (bright stripe) in a QAH insulator made from twisted monolayer-bilayer graphene in a 2D device. The interface can be moved across the sample by modulating the voltage on a gate electrode placed underneath the graphene layers.
