Pt-MSA-2偶联物的构建示意图，Pt-MSA-2偶联物对肿瘤的组合效应的示意图。 Pt-MSA-2偶联物在肿瘤组织中被还原为二价铂（PtII）物种和MSA-2。PtII物种杀死肿瘤细胞，导致释放DNA片段激活DCs中的STING，同时由自由MSA-2放大he。DCs中的STING激活促进IFN-β分泌，激活CD8+ T和NK细胞，释放IFN-γ和GzmB进行肿瘤杀伤。所有这些因素最终放大了抗肿瘤治疗效果。
